Form to generate EMDs for travel agencies

We have developed a new tool that will provide additional self-service when handling clients who want a refund via EMD voucher. With this new form, you can process several bookings in a single request - just make sure you have all the details of each case/booking.


To ensure your request is successful, please consider the following before submitting the form:


  • You can process several reservations through the same request, just make sure you have all the details of each case/booking.
  • The itinerary must be canceled by applying the "Open Ticket" process at least one day prior to the flight departure.
  • Not applicable for BULK tickets (BT/IT)
  • The PNR must be documented with the corresponding OSI YY COVID
