The application of this new product will begin on long-haul routes to Europe, Asia, and South America, and will later reach all Aeromexico flights. The costs of this product will vary depending on the route.

Its sale is only available during Check-in, this means that for international flights it can be sold from 72 hours and up to 24 hours before the departure of the flight.

What does it include?

When buying this product only the reserved seat is included. It does not include the amenity kit or differentiated food. It is important to mention that the passenger's baggage allowance will remain in their original booking class.

Considerations

•It will be available for sale exclusively on the website mentioned above and the form of payment accepted will only be by credit card.

•At the moment, the product is only available for sale through aeromexico.com, so it cannot be marketed through Call Centers, travel agencies, or airports.

•AM Double Comfort is not applicable for passengers who have purchased services such as unaccompanied minors (UMNR), cabin baggage (CBBG), pets in cabin (PETC), stretcher (STCR), extra seats (EXST), and customers traveling in seats Clase Premier, AM Plus or emergency exits.

•Once the product is purchased, the boarding pass will not reflect the additional seats that were purchased, this process is under development.

•Not available on flights departing from Amsterdam and Paris.

•This service is subject to flight availability (85% occupancy), so it is not guaranteed. In case of any change or cancellation, it will be refunded to the original form of payment (Credit Card).

What are the differences between AM Double Comfort and AMXL?

AMXL is available exclusively on long-haul routes when buying 2 extra seats, completing the row of 3 places. It includes a duvet, amenity kit, and pillow. AM Double Comfort only allows the purchase of 1 extra seat and does not include any additional amenities.
