Ticket Refund Process for Point of Sale U.S. - Activated in ARC
We inform all the travel agencies in the United States that any refund request for tickets issued on Aeromexico (ticket stock 139) can be submitted through ARC in your GDS.
Refunds can only be applied per the rule of the paid fare and do not apply to non-refundable tickets.
For extraordinary refunds through ARC, it is necessary to enter a Waiver Code that must be requested via email at amusrefunds@aeromexico.com to proceed with the refund process in ARC.
