• Group Quotes. Integrates the PROS GSO tool for group quoting. Access is exclusive to accounts previously registered with PROS GSO.
• Cancel Check-in. Cancel the Check-in status of your flights and free up a ticket for changes.
• Flight Status. Now you can check the status of specific flights.
• Name correction. With this tool, you can create an IT code on our website to correct names and surnames in a reservation directly on GDS.
• Clarifying quotes. Manage and resolve quotation errors.

How to use these tools: 

Access is available through the profile assigned to each executive and agent on the website.

There are two types of profiles: 

• Administrators: These were previously registered by Aeroméxico Account Executives. 
• Users: These are registered on the platform by administrators who will assign roles and segment access to modules as appropriate.

• The display of the tools may vary depending on their functionality or usefulness.
