Reservation and Ticketing Policies

The following describes the policies established by Aeromexico relating to all booking and ticketing activities involving travel agencies, travel service providers and other entities involved in the sale of Aeromexico's travel services (individually and collectively). Continued reservations and sales of Aeromexico travel services made by an Agency constitute acceptance of and commitment by the Agency to comply with these Policies.

Failure to comply with the rules issued by Aeromexico, (including all guidelines posted on the agency website) or any other provision of the applicable Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) Agreement or Bank Settlement Plan (BSP) Agreement or International Air Transport Association (IATA) Passenger Sales Agency Agreement may result in the issuance of a debit memo to the agency for the amount of loss incurred by Aeromexico as a result.
