• During your pet transportation, only one balanced feed serving will be allowed for your flight-arrival day.

• Take into account the temperatures and/or forecasts surrounding the origin, transit, and destination airports. If the temperature is higher than 30°C and lower than 7°C, we will not accept your pet as checked-in luggage. We follow these measures to protect the health of your pet. In case they are not admitted in the flight, we will reassign you in the next flight available and it will be subject to change.

• One pet may be carried onboard per passenger, emotional-support animals (ESAN) and service animals included—i.e., a client may NOT transport 1 service pet + 1 pet in cabin or 1 ESAN + 1 pet in cabin or 1 ESAN + 1 service pet.

• The checked-in pet service is only applicable to flights operated by Aeromexico. If you take a flight in connection with another airline company, you must find out the check-in requirements for your pet. • It's important that the cage or carrier is approved for air transportation.
